Use the BCC and the CC functions correctly. Some people get confused or do not know how to use the BCC and CC functions of e-mailing.
Remember that if you use CC (carbon copy), all the recipients of your email will be able to see the names of everyone you are sending the same e-mail to.
On the other hand, if you use BCC (blind carbon copy), you can send the same e-mail to a group of people at once, without letting them see the e-mail addresses of the other recipients. (more…)
